For groups of 11 or more, there is a 4th bedroom w/ full bath & TV in a 300 sq ft ADU. For groups of 14 or more, there is a 5th bedroom in a 2nd ADU. 2 Dart boards, Arcades, 2 Ping Pong Tables, Air Hockey, Soccer Goals, 2 Shuffleboard tables, Volleyball, 3 BBQ including a smoker, Corn hole. We have an event room available (about 600 sq feet) that will have tables and chairs for your event or rehearsal dinner. This can accommodate about 60 people. Rehearsal dinners / events are $995, above the normal rate. For $2995, we will set up a 20 x 40 wedding tent w/15 tables and 75 chairs.
