Event fee is $750.
Guest count must match number staying in the home. Check in is 5pm. Check out is 11am. No smoking in home.
Keep home locked at night or when you are not at home.
NO loud music please and quiet outside after 10pm. Please be kind to our neighbors livestock.
$500 fine if Police are called.
$400 fine for smoking inside home.
$100 fine for lost or missing remotes.
No glass in or around hot tub or swim spa.
Do not lie to me.
No fireworks. Must follow burn bans when applicable.
